Authorities in Winfield are searching for a man accused of robbing a bank.
It happened at the CornerBank, 1905 E. 9th Ave., around 11 a.m. Saturday. Police said the man walked into the bank, handed the teller a note demanding money.
The suspect left the bank with an unknown amount of cash. He was last seen driving an older box-style grey or silver passenger car.
He is described as a white man about 40 to 50 years old, about 5'8" tall, weighing 150 lbs. The suspect was wearing a grey stocking cap with a Batman logo and pigtails on the sides of the cap. He was also last seen wearing a light grey jacket with yellow accents, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and dark sunglasses.
