Rooks County Sheriff charged with felony meth distribution

Rooks County Sheriff Randy Axelson was formally charged with nine counts of felony methamphetamine distribution Tuesday.  Ellis County Attorney Tom Drees filed the charges.  He's acting as a special prosecutor in the case.
