Sheriff Hinshaw: Detention deputy arrest is an embarrassment

Sheriff's detectives have arrested a Sedgwick County detention deputy accused of sex crimes against inmates.  Sheriff Bob Hinshaw says the arrest is embarrassing.  He says it erodes public trust and tarnishes their badges.
