Stick Up Bulb

If you're like me, you have a closet without a light bulb.  We've never put one in, because who wants to pay an electrician to re-wire the whole house.  Instead, we just hunt around in the dark.

That's what makes the $10 "Stick Up Bulb" so appealing.  It runs off of battery power.  So you don't need a socket or an outlet.

Phil Davis owns a local handyman service in Wichita.  We figured this test is perfect for him.  Davis says, "At first glance it looks okay.  Says Westinghouse', it's a light bulb.  But you look close and you see a seam and an edge.   Not a lot of light bulbs out there with a seam and an edge."

The real light is inside.  Davis says, it's essentially a flashlight, but will it do the trick?

Davis says, it isn't the brightest light around, but it works as a nice night light to get light where you wouldn't be able to before.
