Judge moves the Park City casino lawsuit to Kansas

A decision on whether a tribal casino will be built in Park City will now be up to a Kansas judge.  Judge Beryl Howell in the District of Columbia ruled Wednesday that the case filed by the Wyandotte Nation should be moved to Kansas.
