Professors who want to click with this year's incoming college freshmen may want to stay up-to-date with digital technology.
It consumes what they know, according to the Beloit College Mindset List for the Class of 2016.
The annual list looks at cultural factors that help shape the lives of students.
Most were born in 1994 which means they are likely more familiar with Hillary Clinton than former President Bill Clinton.
Everything for them is digital including music, movies and ebooks.
This year's crop of freshmen watch T-V on their laptops, smartphones and iPads instead of a television set.
And many celebrities the college class of 2016 follows are famous just for being famous.
