How much is .7 ppm?

Experts we spoke with say .7 parts per million amounts to about a drop of liquid in 15 gallons of water. So, if you filled a standard bathtub (~45 gallons) with water, fluoridating that water with .7 ppm would be like adding three drops of fluoride concentrate.
