Cameron's Emeril-Approved Mesquite Smoker Bag
We fell in love with these spacious, idiot-proof smoking bags before we even tasted the maple- and mesquite-laced pork chops that we created. The bag smelled like a campfire even before it hit the grill, but after cooking, that smoky flavor did not overwhelm the meat, and the chops got nice and brown. The heavy-duty foil creates a tight seal so the bag puffs up while cooking. Take a couple on your next camping trip for easy after-meal cleanup.
