KBSL antenna switch will begin 8am, March 6th.

The antenna in Goodland at KBSL is installed. We will have an engineer on site bright and early Saturday morning to hopefully make it operational. If all goes well, we will be back on the air with KBSL sometime Saturday.

What Happened

Our Goodland antenna recently failed and needs to be replaced. Currently, it is only partially transmitting. That means if you are on the fringe area of where the antenna reaches, you may have trouble seeing us. To fix it, we must take the old antenna down and put up a new one.

What You’ll Notice
KBSL antenna switch will begin 8am, March 6th.
We will go off the air while we replace the antenna. This should take a couple of days, depending on the weather. Our crews are working quickly to get the new antenna up so you can watch your favorite shows (and of course newscasts!).

What Channel?

We broadcast CBS programming over-the-air on Channel 10. Our Always On Stormteam 12 Channel 10.2 will also be affected. This will also impact certain cable channels. If you see your cable channel below, you will lose our signal while we work on the antenna.
