BALDWIN PARK, Calif. (KTLA) -- Authorities confiscated 16 dogs from a home in Baldwin Park.

The L.A. County Department of Animal Care and Control received a tip about too many dogs in the house, located in the 3300 block of Frazier Street.

Officials say they found the dogs in unsanitary conditions and none of the animals were vaccinated or registered.

Most of the dogs were housed in wire cages in the home's garage.

The dogs are now being checked out, and will soon be available for adoption through Southern California Bulldog Rescue.
