LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Firefighters made quick work of a small fire at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Wednesday morning.
Light smoke was reported in a stairwell of the hospital's west tower around 9:19 a.m., according to Los Angeles Fire Department officials.
The building houses medical offices. It was evacuated as a precaution.
Firefighters extinguished the flames by 9:50 a.m., fire officials said.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation. No injuries were reported.
