With gas approaching four dollars a gallon, a Wichita church decided to offer some relief.  The church gassed up people's cars for free on Saturday.  There were plenty of takers.

The line leading up to the gas station at 13th and Oliver started forming early in the morning.  Then, at noon the cars started rolling in.

Kingdom Harvest Church gave away 20 dollars worth of gas to the first 250 cars in line.

It's the church's way of giving back during an Easter season in which money is tight and gas prices are soaring.

"I've been here since nine," motorist Valerie Thomas says.  "I'm one of those early birds!  But it's a good thing.  They're going to get blessed for this, because people can use it!"

Church volunteers gave drivers the full-service treatment that included washing windshields and windows.

The line of cars extended two miles south on Oliver which was way more cars than the church could afford to fill up.  Wichita police helped control traffic.
