Pediatrician Dr. Amy Seery has been using every opportunity to talk with patients about fluoride.  She's part of a coalition of doctors and dentists hoping Wichitans will vote to add it to the water.

Doctors have organized telephone Q & A sessions and flagged down drivers at busy intersections to spread the word.

"We're doing a lot of the sign waves.  You can see us on the side of the road with our white coats with our stethoscopes and our scrubs," Seery said.

Critics of fluoride agree, the issue is about information.

Jonathan Hall said his side hit Old Town over the weekend and tried to "inform" voters at the Wichita Thunder hockey games as weel. Hall expects a close election Tuesday.

"We know whichever way it goes it's going to be a matter of who gets their vote out," he said.

Only voters in the Wichita city limits have a vote on the issue.
