Testimony: Vashti Seacat was scared of her husband

Vashti Seacat was afraid of her husband.  That's what her sister Kathleen Forrest testified Tuesday afternoon during Brett Seacat's preliminary hearing. He's charged with killing his wife and setting their Kingman home on fire back in April.
