A quiet weekend for holiday shopping and traveling across Kansas. A few high clouds today, otherwise sunshine and warmer temperatures. The only complaint might be the gusty south winds. Afternoon temperatures will be warmer today, ranging from the 50s in eastern Kansas to near 70 out west. Overnight lows in the 20s and 30s.
Another cold front will move across the state on Sunday. Temperatures will not change too much for Sunday as the colder air is lagging over the northern plains. The colder air is expected to move into the state on Monday and Tuesday.
Dry weather will persist through the week, and after the cool down for Monday and Tuesday, temperatures will slowly warm back into the 50s and 60s by the end of the week.
