Another nice day for January.  Sunny skies and light winds will dominate the weather pictures across Kansas today as high pressure moves across the state.  Highs will reach the 40s in areas that still have snow on the ground, elsewhere expect upper 40s and lower 50s.  Mostly clear and cold tonight with temperatures dropping into the 20s by the time you head out the door for work on Monday.

More wind and warmth are on tap to start the work week with highs in the 40s and low 50s.  The January "thaw" continues across the state through the upcoming week.

The next storm system is scheduled to arrive around Wednesday into Thursday with chances of liquid precipitation - rain.  Colder weather returns next weekend.
