Storm Team 12: Accumulating snow possible -East of Wichita

Winter weather returns to Kansas today.  A weak upper level disturbance will pass over the area this afternoon and evening, bringing a chance of light snow and flurries to central and eastern Kansas.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for south central and southeast Kansas from 1 P.M. until Midnight.  Snowfall accumulations will range from a light dusting in Wichita, to 1-3" over the Flint Hills (east of the Kansas Turnpike).  Cold and breezy conditions will dominate the entire state with temperatures in the 20s and 30s.
