Storm Team 12: Blizzard for Kansas

The second winter storm in less than a week is hammering Kansas, so we'll see dangerous travel conditions this afternoon, tonight and into Tuesday. A Blizzard Warning is in effect for parts of southern Kansas through Tuesday.  Blizzard conditions are met when heavy or blowing snow occurs, along with gusty winds over 35 mph, which reduce visibilities to a quarter-mile or less for 3 hours or more.
