It will stay partly cloudy overnight across Kansas. Temperatures will be milder than they have been over the last few nights. Clouds will be increasing from the southwest on Saturday with rain developing in southwest Kansas in the late afternoon. The rain will spread to the northeast Saturday night. The rain will come to an end from west to east Sunday morning. Amounts should generally be under a quarter of an inch.
Partly cloudy skies will return on Monday helping to push temperatures to near record levels. A cold front will move through the state on Tuesday with a slight chance for a few rain showers. It will be much colder and dry from Wednesday through Friday.
