(WICHITA, Kan.)—
Investigators don't know what caused A house fire east of McConnell Air Force Base.
Four adults and two children made it out safely of the home on E. Hurst late Wednesday afternoon.
The fire destroyed the garage and burned the exterior. Crews on the scene said much of the home escaped serious damage. Damage is estimated at $80,000.
The Red Cross is helping the homeowners.
