(WICHITA, Kan.)—
A 70-year-old Augusta woman falls asleep while driving and crashes into a tractor trailer.
This happened Tuesday just after eleven o'clock Tuesday night in Chautauqua County on U166.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the woman crossed over the center line and hit an axle of the semi-trailer.
She was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
