Wichita police arrest four people after an early-morning robbery at a McDonald's drive-thru. Police say a car came through the drive-thru at the restaurant at 21st & Amidon around 3:00 this morning.
The driver placed an order and came up to the window, but left quite a bit of space between his car and the window. When the clerk opened the window, another person ran up and told the clerk he had a gun and that it was a robbery.
The suspect reached through the window and took money out of the cash register then took off on foot. The car also left and picked up the suspect.
Police were able to find the vehicle without too much trouble. Officers noticed the car engaging in suspicious activity before the robbery.
Two males (24 and 21 years old) and two females (17 & 19 years old) were arrested.
