Update: Wichita police say there was some confusion at the scene of a house fire that left two people dead on Friday.
Police say the man called 911 - saying cats were dying in the fire, but he didn't tell dispatchers that he was disabled - or that he and another man were trapped in the house.
Firefighters called for an ambulance when they found the two people inside.
Police remind residents to provide as much information as possible when calling 911.
The men who died are 65 and 35 years old, but police have not released their names because not all family has been notified.
They are the third and fourth fire fatalities in Wichita in 2012.

A second person has died after a house fire in S. Wichita Friday morning. The fire started just before ten Friday morning in the 2500 block of south Twin Oaks, that's near Pawnee and Hillside.
Wichita Fire Chief Ron Blackwell says both victims were inside the home when firefighters arrived. He says they were able to pull them out.
One person was dead. Crews were able to resuscitate a second person and transported him to the hospital. 911 dispatchers say the man at the hospital is in his 50's with burns over a large percent of his body.
We've learned that man has since died.
Chief Blackwell says it's too early to tell what caused the fire. Investigators are just starting to look around the house.
Fire officals are asking citizens to look around their homes and apartments for any potantial fire hazards.
These are the third and fourth fire deaths in Wichita this year.
The victims' names have not been released.
