Wichita police say a landlord was tied up and robbed by a man and woman posing as prospective renters.
It happened Monday evening at around 5:00 in the 500 block of S. Edwards. The landlord says the man and woman were checking out a vacant apartment when one of them pulled a gun on him and took his money.
The other zip-tied his hands behind his back.
Both robbers got away.
