The funeral for 8-year-old Kimbra Moore is today in Wichita. Kimbra was killed early Tuesday morning by a stray bullet while she slept.
Investigators say the shots were fired during an argument at the mobile home park where she lived with her family. Police are still looking for a motive behind the argument that prompted gun fire. Two people have been arrested in connection with her death.
Charges could be filed today against them. A 24-year-old man was arrested as the gunman. He faces charges of of felony murder, aggravated battery with a firearm and shooting at an occupied dwelling. A 28-year-old woman was arrested for aiding in the crime.
Kimbra's church has set up a memorial fund in her honor.
