(WICHITA, Kan.)—
Men armed with an AK-47 broke into a home in the 4500 block of south Elizabeth overnight. Wichita police say four people were in the home when two men with guns entered.Police says one of the men held the people at gunpoint while the other searched the house. The victims say the men then left in a silver Chevy Impala.
A short time later police responding to the scene saw the Impala. They chased the car and were able to stop it. They arrested two men in their early 20's.
Police say they believe the situation was gang related. They say neither the suspects or victims are cooperating with the investigation.
