(MARSHALL COUNTY, Kan.)—
State transportation officials demolish an old bridge on a northeast Kansas highway. The Kansas Department of Transportation imploded the old Big Blue River bridge.
The bridge is on US 77 in Marshall County. The old bridge is right next to the new bridge that replaced it.
Now that most of the old bridge is down, workers will remove the piers that once held it up.
