Hutchinson Police have arrested a teenager a second time in connection to a string of weekend burglaries.
Officers said the crimes occurred at Dillon's, 1319 N. Main, Trinity Lutheran Church, 1602 N. Main and the First Church of Christ Scientist, 1400 N. Main.
Police arrested Joshua Hickey, 17, Tuesday. He is charged with 3 counts of burglary, 1 count arson, 2 counts criminal damage, 1 count felony criminal damage, 3 counts misdemeanor theft, 3 counts contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation, 1 count unlawful possession of a prescription, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hickey remains behind bars on $75,000 bond.
Hickey pleaded guilty to 38 charges last October stemming from a similar arrest. He was released from custody on those charges in December. But Det. Jamie Schoenhoff, Hutchinson Police, said he was recently arrested for a probation violation and got out of jail on Saturday.
