Wichita Police are investigating a shooting that injured a man.
Officers were called to a home in the 3000 block of S. Rutan around 1 a.m. Saturday. They found a 40-year-old man, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. An update on his condition was not known.
Two people have been taken into custody for questioning. It is unclear whether any arrests were made.
