Police officers never quite know what to expect.
For instance, an apparently cold, quiet parking lot outside a Kalamazaoo, Michigan motel.
Officers checked out a car that had a guy sitting in it.
He said he had just hit and killed a deer and had it in the trunk.
So they popped the trunk, but the deer obviously was far from dead.
The deer apparently was just knocked out in the crash.
Maybe it had an air bag.
