The entertainment line-up for the Wichita Ribfest on Saturday, May 19 has been announced. Artists set to perform at this year's Ribfest include American Idol's former contestant Casey James, Mexican musician Kareem Lopez, and local music groups Conjunto Anonimo, Poultry ‘N Motion and Pretty Ugly.

“We are looking for a variety of different types of acts to play at Ribfest,” said Sarah Haertl, Director of Sales and Marketing. “We appreciated Journal Broadcast Group working with us to come up with a line-up that includes both national and regional appeal. We hope Ribfest attendees will come for both the amazing food and the live music.”

Journal Broadcast Group Operations Manager Beverlee Brannigan added, "We're very excited to be part of the launch of Ribfest.  Ribs and music are a great place to start in creating a new signature event for Wichita."
