Mobile devices slowing us down
Your Smartphone doesn't have the bad rap television gets, but new research says, it could make you fat.
The study looked at college students and found they spend, on average, almost five hours a day on their cell phones, between sending text messages, social media, watching videos and playing games.
Those who spent the most time on their phones were not as fit as those who spent less time using the devices.
