The Sedgwick County Zoo will postpone Wet-n-Wild Days for the summer due to the drought-like conditions our community has been facing and the need to conserve water. The zoo says they hope that if the drought conditions ease in the future, they can bring this popular event back to their summer event line-up. 

There's still plenty of upcoming events to look forward to at the zoo. Here are a few of the other events and discount admission days guests can look forward to:


Riverfest
May 31 to June 8: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 
Zoo will be offering $2.00 off admission price with Riverfest button.

Father’s Day Car Show
Sunday, June 16, 2013: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 
Dads are admitted free when accompanied by a paying child.


Twilight Tuesdays
Tuesday, July 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30: 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Free admission beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a Cox Voucher.

Dillons $1 Day
Saturday, August 3: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Admission is just $1 per person.
