Update: An Oklahoma baby is found safe in West Texas.

5-month old Olivia Smith is now in protective custody and an Amber Alert for her has been canceled.

Oklahoma City CBS-affiliate News 9 reports police found Smith and two women in Seminole, Texas that's between Lubbock and Midland.

Police have two women in custody. They did not say how the girl was found.


An Amber Alert has been issued for an infant who was abducted near Cashion, Oklahoma, Thursday afternoon.

Tulsa CBS-affiliate News on 6 reports authorities are looking for 5-month-old Olivia Smith.

According to the Kingfisher County Sheriff's office, at about 12:15 p.m., Smith was last seen at 30773 N. 2976 Road in Cashion. She was wearing a long sleeve, pink, floral shirt.

The suspect, 47-year-old Cindy Finley, was driving a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with Texas plate BYZ-3364. They were last seen in Elmwood, Oklahoma. Authorities said they believe the suspect may be headed to Salt Lake City, Utah.

Authorities say Finley has a mental condition, and made comments about having a vision of the child dying in two days. The suspect is accompanied by another woman, 43-year-old Jennifer Skousen.
