Beechcraft unveils the newest product in its defense line. Equipped with dummy munitions, the Beechcraft AT-6 took to the air Tuesday morning in Wichita.
The company says the aircraft helps meet the needs of smaller countries which want smaller aircraft to defend their borders and to fly surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
The plane is a weaponized version of the company’s T-6 aircraft. It can be outfitted with laser-guided rockets, bombs and other munitions.
