Police spokesman Darin Snapp tells The Associated Press the death is being treated as a homicide but no arrests have been made. He says the man who died was found inside someone else's vehicle and a struggle ensued.

The man, who was in his 20s, was found unconscious on the pavement. Snapp says paramedics began administering first aid before he was transported to a hospital, where he died. His name has not been released.
