GARDEN CITY, Kan. -

Authorities in western Kansas are looking for a burglar accused of breaking into a Garden City pharmacy.

It happened at the Plaza Medical Center, 911 N. Main St., around 11 p.m. Monday.

Officers were called to the medical center after the break in triggered the alarm system. Investigators found a broken glass door upon arrival, but say the suspect entered the building through the roof.

The thief got away with a variety of prescription medications.
