A vehicle was taken near the intersection of Harry and Rock Road a little after 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
A man was sitting in his classic Chevrolet Convertible when police say he was approached by a 25-year-old male wanting to know whether or not he would like to sell the vehicle.
The owner of the car got out to show the suspect the engine. After closing the hood, police say the suspect jumped into the drivers seat and took off in the vehicle.
The victim was dragged by the vehicle after trying to jump into the passenger side. As a result, he received some injuries to his legs.
After some time, the victim was able to regain control of the vehicle and put it in park. That's when the suspect ran off.
Officers checked the area but weren't able to find the suspect.
