EL DORADO, Kan. -

A man named Kendall Huston, arrested in connection with a "sexting" investigation in which many victims received unwanted, sexually explicit text messages, is still being held in the Butler County jail after making his first appearance in court Friday.

Huston faces multiple charges of electronic solicitation, stalking and harassment by telephone. His bail was set at $50,000.

Huston is accused of using his employer's phone records at Stone Creek Nursery to contact his victims. The texts were coming from two phone numbers listed in south central Kansas.

The police department said several women came forward with information about the suggestive texts, but believed some had not reported the incident.. Police said the texts come from a (620) 960-7222 or a (620) 381-1192 phone number.

The investigation took about two months.
