WICHITA, Kan. -

A FedEx cargo plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Wichita's Mid Continent Airport Friday night.

It happened a little before 5 p.m. when pilots say the windshield crack in-flight. Officer Kourt Klassen says emergency crews were ready when the plane landed.

The plane is now being evaluated by maintenance according to the FedEx spokesperson. Two people on board had no injuries.

The cargo was transferred to another aircraft, deliveries are not expected to be delayed.
