Ingredients:

2 small California avocados

Extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 clove garlic

salt and pepper

Method:

Slice avocado in half, remove seed. Score inside horizontally, then vertically. Scoop out center and place in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt/pepper, lemon juice, and  garlic. Toss gently and serve chilled.
