WICHITA, Kan. -

Wichita Police are looking for vandals who defaced a pro-immigration mural in north Wichita.

The mural was tagged with racial slurs near the Nomar District, 21st and Parkplace, Wednesday night.

Artists and neighbors said the graffiti is upsetting.

"Haters gonna hate, that's their job right?" said Annie Adams-Palmer. "But we have more love in us then they have hate. There is more love in the world than there is hate. So we'll just keep spreading the love and pushing the love and forget about the rest."

The grassroots group The Seed House plans to paint more murals throughout Wichita.
