One of six men charged in the death of a Wichita man was found guilty of first degree murder today in court.
Jason Jones also was found guilty of felony murder in the alternative and aggravated kidnapping in connection to the death of Shawn Lindsey.
Lindsey's body was found near K-96 and Hillside in January 2013. Investigators determined it had been moved there from another location.
Police say Jones and the others charged in the crime knew Lindsey. They say some of the them had been involved in some sort of business.
Three men, Justin Jones, Jason Jones, and Dang Sean were charged with murder and kidnapping last year also. Three others connected to the case were only charged with kidnapping.
Wednesday, a jury is expected to decide if Jones can be sentenced to the Hard 50.
