Ingredients:

1 (15oz) can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 cloves chopped garlic

1/2 tsp sea salt

Method:

In a small bowl, toss all ingredients together and put on a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until crunchy.
