WICHITA, Kan. -

A man accused of causing a security breach at Wichita's Mid-Continent airport has made a first appearance in court.

Prosecutors charged Mark Henry Rehme, Jr. with felony criminal damage to property and misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He was arrested over the weekend after police said he drove through a security fence near the Cessna property at the airport.

Cessna security, airport police and Sedgwick county sheriff's deputies all responded.

Detectives are still trying to determine Rehme's motives, but do not believe the incident was an act of terrorism. Investigators said he drove to Wichita from Oklahoma.

Rehme's bond was set at $15,000. The judge set a preliminary hearing for next month.
