- 9 celery stalks
- 1 (8 ox.) package of cream cheese (softened)
- 5 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
- Paprika (to taste)
Wash & trim celery stalks, remove the leaves and any rough strings. Cut into thirds.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweet pickle relish and mix well. Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture into celery stalks. Sprinkle with paprika.
