SALINA, Kan. -

The woman who accused a Salina man of groping her has been charged with making a false report.

Saline police launched an investigation after 51-year-old Debora Grant claimed Rasik Bahimody inappropriately touched her inside his store. Police now say those claims were false.

The owner is a registered sex offender after incidents against a juvenile in 2005. Grant is the third woman to accuse the owner of this store of sexual crimes. Charges have been filed in two other incidents.

Captain Michael Sweeney says,"We take each case, each allegation individually and we make sure that there are sufficient facts to support any allegation that someone has been charged with or accused of and we don't group anything together."

The owner denied Grant's accusations and says it hurt his business.

He says, "If they realize that I'm alright and that I didn't anything and that I'm honest,  they should come to my store regularly and I guarantee you that nothing is going to happen in the future."

One customer we spoke with supported the owner, saying he runs a good business.
