The Shockers have arrived in St. Louis, after a quick flight from the Air Capital.
The team was very calm and focused as they boarded the bus at Koch Arena around 4 p.m. Wednesday. But their fans roared loudly, wishing the Shockers well on their journey to the NCAA tournament.
Many of the players said they are anxious to get to St. Louis and play basketball. But they will have to watch a NCAA compliance video, address the national media and practice before game time at Scottrade Center.
The team tips off against Cal Poly at 6:10 p.m. Friday.
