Meteorologist Mark Larson says our recent wave of rain and storms will push east of us by midday Thursday and while Friday looks fine, there's more stormy weather on the way this weekend.
Look for mostly sunny skies by Thursday afternoon and cooler highs in the upper-70s to near 80 degrees. Winds will be gusty out of the northeast through the noon hour then back-off later in the day.
Dry, warmer weather is expected Friday before another strong storm system plows out into our region this weekend.
The weather-maker will bring more storms with heavy rain, large hail and gusty winds to Kansas Saturday night and Sunday.
