Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of chopped parsley, fresh

1 cup of Tahini

1 cup of lemon juice

3 cloves of chopped garlic

1 1/4 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cold water

Method

Mix Tahini, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and garlic into blender. Add parsley at low speed. Don't over blend. Slowly add cold water until smooth, but not runny. Serve over fish, chicken, or desired meat.
